Staywell has just completed the change of all 9 hotels’ PMS to RMS which has taken over 18 months. Kylie Myers was engaged by StayWell initially to undertake a full audit of PMS system, and this role was extended to assist StayWell to complete the contract negotiation with RMS as well as becoming the project manager to supervise the implementation of the new RMS system including working with each hotel and various departments in head office for the tasks.  I have found Kylie to be an exceptional manager with great planning, communication and presentation skills.
